Cornell University President Michael I. Kotlikoff released a public statement throwing the Cornell 7 under the bus, confidently stating, contrary to Cornell’s own internal Title IX investigation, that Jane Doe, also known as Lucy Craig, was a survivor of “sexual assault.” Kotlikoff also commended Governor Hochul’s decision to appoint...

Of course this kíke did. What a piece of shit. With no evidence against these guys, the Jewish system is coming for them, guilty or not. We’re a nation that regards young men as worthless. Young men face endless institutional barriers to a good life. Fuck this system, seriously.

So, it's looking like the Dems were/are panicking on this run-up to election so they propped up this hapless girl as "victim" as an act of political desperation to bring dem voters to the polls.

This will eventually go the way of the Duke University Lacrosse case. University sided with the accuser, student-athletes were charged, lost their entire season, coach lost his job…..the scales of justice righted themselves, eventually. There was no gang rape, aDA Mike Nifong was unanimously disbarred, the student-athletes were innocent all along.

It's their fault for attending/giving money to Cornell. If you are still tangoing with these institutions, you deserve what's coming to you.

Why does Cornell always seem to be the poster boy for why colleges and universities suck? From the 60s student takeovers to today, Cornell is at the forefront of pathetic college administrations and controversies.

Social media has exploded in rage at a group of seven college students who have been accused of gang raping another student back in 2024 at Cornell University. The purported victim, identified only as Jane Doe, has filed a civil lawsuit against both these students and the university. Unfortunately for Jane Doe, she gave a sworn statement to police back in 2024 that details a lengthy saga of depraved, degenerate sexual behavior and drug use, but suggests that all the appalling sexual conduct was consensual and therefore not criminal. The line prosecutor declined to prosecute the young men based on that statement, but social media outrage has led to the reopening of the case, and New York Governor Kathy Hochul replacing the line prosecutor with Letitia James, the current attorney general of New York. My guest on this episode of Counterweight is Heather Mac Donald (Heather Mac Donald) , the Thomas W. Smith Fellow at the Manhattan Institute. A contributing editor of City Journal, and the New York Times bestselling author of The War on Cops. She has been writing about campus rape hoaxes and about the bizarre sexual culture on college campuses for decades. She walks through what Jane Doe is accusing these young men of, why the accusation does not hold, and why they are innocent. We also talk about what conservatives can do about the Bacchanal on campus and how to push these schools back towards actually educating their students.
