What is the Central Government doing? If there is one state in this country that has brought down the incidents of stubble burning, it is Punjab. When the paddy is produced the farmers are praised, but what about the stubble? Then they want to charge a fine... We have been asking for compensation to stop the burning but they (centre) have been asking us to encourage the farmers against it... Encouragement does not work, practical steps need to be taken... Farmers in Punjab are pumping so much water out of the ground that the state will run out of water for agriculture in a decade's time. Since they waste so much water growing rice, the remainder isn't sufficient to dilute the toxins from fertilizers. The land is becoming so bad in quality that no one wants to use it even for construction. They don't want to switch to other crops since rice has MSP. They're using 50% more water than what the land gets. This is causing mass exodus of rural Sikhs to other countries like Canada, Australia and Italy. Within a few years, Punjab will become Hindu majority again. C: CNA

Like it or not, church has failed and it is failing more and more everyday. This is not the church we read about in scripture, but many of us have become so blind and foolish to see it. If you say it, mumu people will gather and think you’re attacking the church. No organization can fix Nigeria if the church doesn’t stand up and do it. Mumu people will ask, is church government ? You lack proper understanding of the power the church has or use to have.
