New Yorkers overwhelmingly voted to take politics out of the redistricting process by creating an independent commission, yet Albany Democrats continue looking for ways to manipulate congressional maps for their own political advantage. I've been consistent on this issue regardless of which party is in power - I opposed partisan gerrymandering in Florida and Texas, and I oppose it in New York. Voters should choose their representatives, not the other way around. The integrity of our elections depends on public trust, and that trust is eroded when politicians try to rig the system to protect their own power.

Pakistani agencies created a propaganda to give Punjab every possible advantage. It claims that if KPK, Balochistan, Kashmir, and Sindh ever separate, they won't be able to run their own systems because it is Punjab that provides everyone with free electricity, water, food, clothes, and housing. The other provinces survive only on Punjab’s mercy. Look how this guy has completely busted the Pakistani military’s propaganda on Kashmir.

How are people going to vote their way out of this when every time the people support a candidate to challenge the system, the system either co-opts the candidate or pours in millions of dollars to crush their campaign? It happened with Bernie and Massie, and it will happen to the next candidate the people put their time, energy, and hope into too. It might be terrifying to admit, but it’s still the reality we face: When the system is this corrupt, voting changes nothing. Revolution, on the other hand, changes everything!
