Upon arrival, police located a man in his 40s in medical distress, as well as a woman in her 30s who had sustained injuries. The man was pronounced deceased on scene & the woman was transported to hospital in stable condition. A witness was also located at the scene who was uninjured. After a thorough investigation, police believe that the man had lured the woman to the residence under a false pretence of a property showing.
