Who built the structures, poured the concrete, put in the insulation, wired up the electrical and propane heating system? How much did that cost? Just saying that shit wasn't free for sure.

Why didn't you just tell us the price? Instead of your payments what are you hiding??? So 30% down so $900 for 10 years at what rate? Typical mortgage right now what is it 600 bucks per 100,000 but that's at 25 years so ??? Just telling us the price would be easier

In Ohio, if you actually grow food on your land, the property taxes drop substantially. There is an acreage minimum, I don't remember what that is.
