Could someone please explain why you're allowed to ride around the Gold Coast with out a helmet ?..always been interested why .. Queensland Police cheers

@QldPolice Truly dangerous on so many levels. No insurance. No helmets. Have hearing loss and had very close calls. Now cant walk footpaths safely even if warned. Need regulation for sure.
