OMG its AMC and GME all over again. There is no end to the corruption, fraud, and thievery of these high and mighty “experts.” Throw them all in jail and let all the markets find fair values.

On one of his quick tarmac interviews in the last few months, Trump said that the hedge fund big shots should definitely be looked at. I’m waiting…

To be clear, I’m not saying COMEX or LME declared force majeure. Exchanges and clearing systems are designed to avoid ever invoking emergency or force majeure powers because doing so damages confidence. Therefore, they allow (and sometimes encourage) violent price discovery, margin pressure, and delivery incentives before shortages or settlement failures become systemic. That framing is not conspiracy. It’s how clearinghouses are engineered.

So it's a "get out of jail free" card? So I go all in in poker, lose, and then get out of giving my chips over and am allowed to keep playing? Only a grandmother would allow that.

Besides the real demand for silver in manufacturing sectors, geopolitically who stands to benefit and are there players driving this to harm or destabilize western markets in opposition to BRICS? Does Samsung actually have 340m oz to dump on the market via JPM and goldmen?

'At a price that seems fair.' That's it. They thought below 88 dollars was 'fair'. To them.

The basic jist is they have futures contracts due to expire in 1 and 2 months time that would otherwise have reached maybe 3-4x the price paid...for leveraged instruments that is complete destruction when paid out. So they are commiting overt fraud to save themselves.
