Failed the last rep of 3x5 bench at 182lbs yesterday. So very close. Slowing down the progression on bench and adding a little extra volume in the form of close grip bench press. 2026 goal is to do this for 225lbs at least. What are your weight lifting goals for the year?

I’ve replaced the skull crushers with the close grip bench press for my triceps. SC’s just feel unnatural and uncomfortable to control. These feel tricky too, but at least I can use the smith if I want to go heavier.

I’m not sure how you all feel but for me it’s a very very disappointing #Spurs performance. We struggled in that 2nd half Ranieri worked out how to beat Ange’s system ball after ball coming from outside as we were so narrow there was acres of space constantly switching the ball. It seemed inevitable they would score. In the end we were fortunate to get a draw we just sank deeper and deeper Where is our Game management so see out the win 🤷🏻‍♂️ We go again on Saturday #COYS

Do this with your lead wrist in the downswing to close the face & compress the golf ball! During the downswing, you want your lead wrist moving TOWARDS flexion (bowing) I will admit, it's a difficult movement to learn, but you do see this with a lot of elite ball strikers Also something to note... This is suited to a neutral/weak grip type. If you have a really strong grip, doing this will excessively close the face, so take that into consideration Work on this at the range & you'll get better at it 👊

I couldn’t get into the Coachella rally. It was full by the time I got there. We were a bit bummed but we were so happy California turned out for President Donald Trump. On our way home the freeway stopped. Everyone was pulling over. It was like the universe arranged divine timing! We got to see the highway shut down and view his motorcade up close! Woah! Tears in my eyes!! MAGA! 🇺🇸
