I don't get why "What a concept..." is getting clowned on. Isn't that a pretty common line to say after something that should be obvious? He was basically saying "We should teach troubled kids to put down their phones and talk to their parents - what a concept!"

The thing that rubs me the wrong way about this sort of discourse is how uneven it is. This is basically one guy whose past mistakes are public and documented having to defend his life choices in front of hundreds of unknown faceless individuals who don't even know him yet judge.
