Asheesh Birla spent more than a decade helping build Ripple. Now he’s taking an XRP treasury company to Nasdaq. That career move says a lot. He went from Ripple executive → Ripple board → Evernorth founder. Now Evernorth expects to close on October 7 and begin trading as XRPN on October 8, centered around roughly 473M $XRP. The part I keep coming back to is the structure behind it. Evernorth can raise capital through traditional markets, buy XRP, deploy that treasury into the XRP ecosystem, generate returns, then use part of those returns to keep increasing XRP per share. We already saw the mechanism work when $214M in financing turned into more than 84M XRP. Now put that inside a Nasdaq-listed company backed by names including Ripple, SBI, Pantera Capital, Kraken and GSR. This gives traditional capital a new road into the XRP economy. I want people watching October 7–8 with that bigger framework in mind. I’ll be posting more in the subscriber feed soon on what I think we could see next from Evernorth and what the XRPN launch could mean for $XRP.
