Perhaps if the BMA/NHS employed fewer foreign doctors then our own homegrown doctors would be more readily accepted. Just saying.

The solution's easy... Sack the shirking greedy strikers and give their positions to those newly qualified doctors who can't get jobs currently. Just make sure they sign no strike contracts so the taxpayer finally gets some value and patients finally get some attention.

But you’ll never ever retain 100% of people to their home country. In fact, if Australia is where he thinks he’ll be happy, then good for him. Doctors come from other countries here and many UK trained doctors are perfectly happy here. It’s good to pursue your dream!

Well obviously if there are far more graduates than jobs then they had best go elsewhere. How did that happen? Wes Streeting offered to prioritise UK graduates over foreign applicants but you turned it down preenting many graduates from getting posts.

The UK government should recover the full costs of his medical training at university, rather than allow him to go around selling his expensive skills to the highest international bidder.

Robbie should go into a hospital and take a look at the imported Dr's who took his job.

Was he looking for job abroad before completing training. How many jobs did he apply for in this country first? Would doctors in post accept no pay rise this year if it meant more jobs for unemployed doctors?
