only when rolling is without gliding ( enough friction) and the ball deformation is very small, if the disk induce gliding, of if the ball change form, then solution is different

How much is due to the friction of the tape?

発射台も回転させないと、それはただのフラットアースモデルです

運動の方向の力が残ってるってこと? それとも回転台の面積がもっと広くなると変わりますか?

Ball maintains rolling motion according to conservation of momentum, but then it hits a rotating surface like airplane wheels hitting tarmac. Ball inertia and surface friction resist the surface motion causing ball to start rotating perpendicular to initial roll.

Recovering trajectory depends on the speed of the table as it induces opposite spin on the ball.
