You think we don’t have augers and pole setting equipment here in the US? Also, 3 things: 1) that dude sucks at running that auger 2) nobody tamped that dirt; they just threw it back in the hole, so that pile will be leaning bad by the end of the week 3) how did the guys plumb the pole if the operation just set it, removed the chain, and quickly filled the hole? If you actually know what you’re looking at here, this was garbage work.

In Nigeria the budget for this work or repair will be #200million and it will take 2 months before they finish it while blocking the road and causing unnecessary stress to road users.

in India, public commissions responsible to hire people, hire dumbs because of consultant lobby. they hire consultants to do the job and recruite dumbs to track the work done by consultant.
