We continue to export over 70% of our minerals and create jobs in other countries while our own youth remain unemployed. Education is the tool we must use to industrialise properly. President Ramaphosa has always agreed with us on export quotas. There is absolutely no need for South Africa to export more than 25% of raw minerals. +75% must stay here, to industrialise our economy, revive secondary industries, and create jobs for our people. This is how we reclaim our economic sovereignty and deal with unemployment. #ANCYLatWork

We can’t turn a blind eye on the fact that people come from other countries, use the infrastructure and services paid for by poor South African taxpayers. They make billions in South Africa but pay no taxes. Instead they remit billions from SA to their home countries.

Poor education levels and structure 5. Hunger 6. Instabilities in their own countries Flooding from one country looking for greener pastures is embarrassing to your nation and not solving the problems of your countries. When South Africans retaliate and are frustrated about their high unemployment, they are called xenophobic. True African leaders need to sit down and solve African problems instead of blaming others for failure.

What South Africa should learn from this: these are opportunists who have nothing good to offer this country. They use South Africa as an escape route from the misery in their own countries, obtain our passports, and then run to America and Europe, where they are treated like orphans. I feel sorry for our soldiers who gave their lives in the DRC, only for others to use South Africa as a stepping stone to somewhere else. cc DIRCO South Africa
