Wow, the US is absolutely dominating almost half the world's billionaires! India climbing fast too, that's massive momentum. 🚀

Counting billionaires is easy. Counting strategic infrastructure is harder. AI, chips, robotics, energy. That’s where future power will be measured.

What’s wild is how ancient wealth concentrated power compared to today. While modern billionaires sit atop financial empires, historical figures like Marcus Licinius Crassus in Ancient Rome owned a personal, private fire brigade, they’d rush to burning houses and refuse to put out the flames until the desperate owner sold the property on the spot at pennies on the dollar. He turned sheer crisis extortion into one of history's first private real estate monopolies.

The gap is massive. The United States and China are still far ahead of everyone else, while India is growing fast. Germany and the United Kingdom show how strong Europe’s legacy wealth base still is.

That doesn't make sense. Rank the states by total population and number of billionaires. In other words, by the percentage of billionaires in each state.
