Magaziner: This is a family of US citizens who were out to get groceries. When they arrived, they could see there was a chaotic situation in the parking lot. They turned their vehicle to leave—at that point, your agents sprayed pepper spray out of their vehicle and into driver side window of this family’s vehicle. 🚨BREAKING: An ICE agent was filmed acting completely unhinged, spraying pepper spray down a residential street, in Santa Ana… with no one near him. In the video, he’s walking around screaming, “Back the fuck up or you’re getting sprayed right now!”… while just firing the pepper spray in random directions down the street. There was no crowd, no physical threat, just an unhinged agent spraying a chemical weapon all around a neighborhood. And just so we are clear… Pepper spray is force. You don’t get to deploy it because you feel tense, or want to intimidate a neighborhood. Force has to be tied to an actual, immediate threat. Spraying blindly down a residential street puts kids, families, and bystanders at risk. It’s reckless, excessive, and it’s exactly what happens when agents think accountability doesn’t apply to them.

It looks to me like that guy was just protecting the lady with a backpack, when he was pepper sprayed at first. That is when he got tackled by the agents, and dragged back onto the street. Here it is zoomed in, and @ 50% speed. Much easier to see it this way. He clearly did not undertake any offensive action towards the agents at all. The most he did was to raise his left hand, protecting himself from the pepper spray. The lady with a back pack also seems to be getting back onto the street. but only because the guy was holding her by the hood of her jacket. So, when got pulled back onto the street, she also got pulled out with him.

This is Bubba and this woman was protesting and he didn’t like it and started yelling to deport them all! He then got aggressive with her and she pepper sprayed him out of self defense! Then she offered him water,but only if he begged for it! It looks like he won’t do that again!

Me and my mates caused this: We turned up at their wedding uninvited and started fighting with the guests and they had the cheek to tell us to leave because we were ruining their wedding when it was only a few of us and not everyone. Then they tried to lock the doors. But we held them open while more came in. We didn’t like the music either so we made the DJ to swerve the Motown and play some techno to suit us. It was an all inclusive bar and a free buffet so we stayed to the end even though we didn’t like it there. I just wanted to call the family out and tell you all how intolerant they were to us. I’ve never been made to feel so unwelcome. We had just as much of a right to be there as anyone else. It was a public building. They don’t own it. I’m sure you will all agree that the family were bang out of order. We only ruined their wedding the crying cnts. Horrible people.
