My best friend never really argued with his wives. He's on his 3rd marriage. Arguments can be the best solutions to everyday issues thrown up. But harboured contempt and resentment can be lethal

No arguments in marriage isn’t always peace—sometimes it’s buried hurt. Disagree God’s way: pray first, listen well, speak truth in love, seek unity not victory, and restore before the day ends. Done right, conflict deepens love.

Healthy conflict is crucial to a functional longterm relationship. People shouldnt fear arguments or disagreements. They should fear indifference and apathy.
