We have a lot of rookie point guards who are going to be great in this league for a long time, but they're still rookies... I think the point guard position may be the hardest position in the game, and we have a lot of young guys playing that position. So it's really hard to win when that point guard spot isn't solidified. I think Ben is doing a great job picking things up and I think Egor, but they're still rookies. I don't think as a rookie I was ready to really contribute to winning. So I think it's going to be a work in progress."

Q: What's the difference when doing solo versus group activities? #CHANYEOL : "The biggest difference is that when I'm on a solo schedule, it's very quiet. I think there's an advantage and disadvantage. The advantage is that I get the chance to completely rest. The disadvantage is that there are a lot of lonely moments. And as I kept being alone, I really miss the members. Yesterday, I suddenly felt this. I came back to Indonesia again after a while. Right after I went in, if my room is here, Sehun's room would just be right beside it so I can just go to his room where we can talk. KIDS: When you lose the puck, how hard are you willing to work to get it back? As a coach, I want you to make plays. I want you to be creative. I want you to play with no fear of making mistakes. The only stipulation I have is that when you try to make a play and you turn it over, you have to work like hell to get it back. Here's a great example from a team that MAKES A LOT OF PLAYS. Tampa turns it over in the Ozone and then watch the effort from the players to get it back. Hounds. They create another turnover and then get rewarded in transition. Coaches, amazing clip to show your teams!!

Stop accelerating down the mound. I’m sure you’ve heard the cue to accelerate down the mound. Get down the mound quickly. The mistake most people make, and the mistake I made when I was 16, was trying to force it. I was throwing slow, around 78 to 80 miles an hour. I thought I had to push off the rubber as hard as I could to accelerate my body down the mound. When I made the jump to throwing 90 plus to 95 as an 18 year old, the big change I made was this. Instead of pushing off the rubber to accelerate my center of mass down the mound, I let gravity pull me into the ground. That matters because when gravity pulls you into position without pushing, your back leg stays loaded and under you. Now the back leg can work underneath you. It can rotate you and pull the pelvis open. That pulls the spine and then propels the arm. The goal isn’t to force speed down the mound. The goal is to let gravity set up the back leg so it can accelerate the pelvis, which pulls the spine into the throw.

the members knocked on doyoung’s room as soon as it hit 12AM yesterday! they also gave him presents & prepared a cake for him🎂 🐰 -we also talked about this & that but what’s fascinating is that, 1 year ago today, we were at the same hotel, also at the same time when members wished me. this year too, the members wished me at the same hotel & at the same time. so I thought that, “ah, it’s really fascinating~”. it’s really nice that I get to be together with the members at the same period, same hotel, & at the same time. for me, this kind of moment is really precious. I think that it will really leave a lot of memories as time passes later.
