🏡 Stay home if you are sick ⏰ Test for COVID or flu with a RAT if feeling unwell 💉 Get your flu & COVID vax as soon as possible 😷 Wear a mask if you have symptoms 🌳 Ensure there is good ventilation 🧼 Wash or sanitise hands often 🤧 Cough or sneeze into your elbow 2/2🧵

Thank you @VictorianCHO. Bring back masks - N95s- in all health care settings. At GP, receptionist repeatedly coughing during the 30 minutes I was there. 2 other masks, surgical, on patients not staff. It’s lunacy. PS - with respect coughing into your elbow won’t save anyone.

It's illegal to advertise pharmaceuticals without disclaimers of risks. Clearly, if they 'worked' & the benefits outweighed the risks, your message here wouldn't be necessary.

So now we’ve made flu not seasonal too, yay yay

I don't see anything about Vitamin D, a healthy diet, exercise and ensuring you lose weight to maintain a healthy BMI.

You can either mask now, or wish you had later. Stay safe everyone. 😷🫶💪

I saw a new doctor yesterday . As soon as she mentioned the word ‘vaccination’ I immediately turned off . “ Did I want a tetanus shot just in case I should cut myself “ Definitely Not and you should stop pushing the covid vaccine . It’s harmful to peoples health !

Lemon. Garlic. Honey. Ginger. Vit D. Welcome.

Ivermectin

Err … you forgot the main way to prevent transmission of airborne disease which is to wear a well-fitting N95 / P2 (or better) respirator in high-risk indoor settings such as hospitals, public transport, supermarkets etc
