Crab Cake Stuffed Cheddar Biscuits 2 Cups of All Purpose Flour Dash of Salt 2 Teaspoons of Baking Powder 1 Tablespoon of Garlic and Onion Powder 1 and 1/3rd cup of Buttermilk 1 stick of Butter (Melted) 1 Cup of Fresh SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE Crab Cakes: 1 Can of Lump or Claw Crab Meat 2 Teaspoons Old Bay 1 Teaspoon of Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 Teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce Dash of Onion,Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika and White Pepper 1 Cup of Plain Bread Crumbs GARLIC BUTTER: 3 Tablespoons of Butter, 1 Tablespoon of Fresh Parsley directions Add your Cheddar Biscuit ingredients to a bowl and mix until completely combined (DO NOT OVER MIX) Make your crab cake paste before you add in your crab meat, and mix it until it’s well combined Once your crab cake mix is formed, get your crab cakes in small patties.
