But in the meantime, we have learned that the company's execs ignored a major shareholder who repeatedly tried to warn them about how disastrous the rebrand would be. For this ep of Morning Wire, I spoke with Wall Street veteran David L. Bahnsen about whether Cracker Barrel's pivot is likely to help the chain and what it SHOULD have done. This is the consulting firm that Cracker Barrel chose to do that disastrous rebranding. I worked for a well known consulting firm after college. Much of what those firms do is a scam and many of the projects sold are just executive friends hooking each other up. That being said... After ten minutes researching Prophet, I can't believe anybody in their right mind at Cracker Barrel would choose this company to do their rebranding. It's a shoddy woke cult. They call themselves the Propheteers. 😂

Parnas: Well, I was told I had to get real, authentic Mexican food when I was out in L.A., so I made it a point to do that. And I went and got nacho fries, which is real and authentic. And then, number two, I mean, boots-on-the-ground journalism. I think there are a lot of people on the internet who think that I’m just an aggregator and a mouthpiece. But I wanted to show that I actually go on the ground and test things out myself and let people know really what is happening in this world. So I took a trip to Taco Bell.
