I’m here only because I have a visceral reaction to misinformation….Jessica Machado Apparently there’s some confusion as to why people are pissed. People aren’t pissed because J7 trashed Baker on your show. People aren’t pissed because you said you don’t like Baker. People aren’t pissed because you made jokes about Baker sticking his dick into a fleshlight. People are pissed about how you responded to Baker’s 4Loco live where he told the real story behind the sex toy gift package. Baker explained that he and J7 had a sexting flirtation for a couple weeks but after he started seeing some red flags in her behavior he cut things off. J7 doesn’t handle rejection very well so she went off the rails and started blowing up his phone constantly. She even tracked down his danish phone number after he had blocked her on everything else. It was then that she sent him that package of sex toys. That is scary and weird as fuck. We all know damn well that if a woman had cut off contact and blocked a man who wouldn’t leave her alone and that man then sent her a box of sex toys we all would be horrified. Nancy Guthrie To be clear, what is Most interesting about Porch Guy using the fresh vines he pulled to assist him with removing the Nest Camera shows his Inexperience with: 1-Wearing what appears to be double layered gloves meaning, Porch Guy did not realize how double layered gloves would affect his ability to grip and do the job at hand. He knew they would protect his DNA . He didn't know they would impede his ability to remove that camera because he had never removed a camera with gloved hand before. 2-Removing Nest cameras from mounts. If he had experience, he would have realized how difficult it would be to grip and pull from the bracket. Porch Guy planned and prepared, but this abduction was his first rodeo. I was at today’s meeting and want to echo Ashley’s post: I was told an interview with CEO Ian Choudri would not be possible *if* it touched at all on the circumstances surrounding his arrest and leave of absence. To be clear, Choudri was not charged, and the board later cleared him to return. But I felt I still had to ask about the situation and whether it served as a distraction for the project. In fairness to the HSR comms team who have been very communicative, an interview with Choudri was offered to me — but limited strictly to the project itself. As a journalist, it is a tough spot to be in. Our coverage will stay focused on the business plan, but I wanted to share this context.
