Quite possibly one of the worst instructional clips ever.

Knowing this makes it so hard to watch action movies where they have no hooks in and the guy still can’t get out of the headlock

Once you learn that your only goal to escape on bottom should be to get one of your elbows in and crossing your opponent chest between you, it makes rotational escapes so much easier.
