"You can either produce excellence or you can avoid criticism. But you cannot do both of those. The reason that you don't have certain excellence that you want is because you are afraid of getting criticized. You are afraid of the judgment that comes with it. You are afraid of standing out. You are afraid of being alone. You are afraid of people looking at you. You are worried about what people think of you. There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. And there's no way everybody in this room is going to think the exact same thing about me. No way. When it comes to exceptional, what we've got to understand is you can spend your whole life trying to avoid criticism and earn reputation, and it still won't be in your control. We can waste a lot of time missing out on excellence we could have been producing if we were just simply LESS trying to engineer what we wanted other people to think about us."

Knowing your nature is critically important to understanding what success is for you. I can't tell you literally what is best for you, but I can tell you that success is not having a lot more money or status than you need. Having the time and freedom to do what you most want to do is far more important. What is success for most people? It is a matter of having meaningful work and meaningful relationships. Nick Fuentes speaks to entrepreneurs and people chasing something bigger. “Believe in yourself. Believe in your own abilities.” “Be willing to stand alone. Be your own advocate…Fight for your seat at the table... Never give up.” “Never get tired of saying no. Never get tired of sticking up for yourself.” “At the end of the day, you are responsible for your own nut…Whether you sink or swim, that’s you, and you have to live with it…In the end, your success or your failure is yours.” “I’m putting you on. This is good advice.”

Peter Thiel on how you should think about your future: "What you end up doing when you think of the future as indefinite is you pick a job that you think will look good on your resume, because it will lead to a different job later on. There's even a credentialing version where you go to grad school, you get a consulting job, and you think of it as this branching tree diagram where you never really do something that you want to do. You can think of the future on three horizons. Very short-term is: are you going to be happy, and will you be learning a lot? Medium-term is: how good is it on your resume? And very long-term is: are you working on something important or meaningful? We're in a skewed world where we overweight the medium-term and underweight some combination of the short-term and the long-term. I would recalibrate to focus on the short-term and the long-term, and forget about the medium-term."

Asmongold explains his position on war and calls international law a fantasy "I agree with using whatever is required to defeat your enemy to the extent that your enemy seeks your destruction. Whether that's blowing up residential buildings or bombing cars, you do everything you can to ensure the survival of your people." "Who decides if it's a war crime? Something you're not accountable to? You're not one of the international law believers, are you? You don't really have this fantasy that there's a gentleman's agreement you can make with a terrorist state." "The only currency international law is backed by is lead. If you can't enforce it, you can't do it. That's all there is to it."

Martin Lewis, founder of MoneySavingExpert. com, on the four things it takes to be really successful, and why the most important one isn't what you'd expect: He opens with a clear framework: "It takes four things to be really successful. Talent, you've all got it, as do many more people than you think. Hard work. If you want to be really successful, you're going to have to work hard. Focus. Zone in on what you're good at." On focus, he pushes back against the idea that you need to be exceptional at everything: "Understand, none of us are unfailingly brilliant at everything. So, find the thing that you're good at and zone in on that. And that is what will create your success." But the fourth factor is where his message turns unexpected: "The most important thing is luck. You can do everything right, but it still not work for you. And you need to know that now." This reframes how he wants people to think about setbacks: "Failing does not make you a failure. Do not judge yourself. See it as a way to learn and to give yourself a better opportunity the next time." Martin Lewis then challenges a common assumption about what success actually delivers: "Success can be stressful. Success is not a synonym for happiness. As you go through your working careers, at sometimes you may want to make a call. Do I continue to push that hard or do I smile at what I've got and enjoy happiness and the other things that life starts to give me?" He closes with a message aimed at those who do make it big: "One or two of you in here will make it really big. If that's you, remember of those four things, the most important one is luck. And that means if you're that super successful one in the room, you have a moral duty to give back."

Mack Brown shares a can't miss message on habits and success. "If your habits do not lead to your dreams - change your habits." "If I'm not doing the things that I need to do to be successful out here, figure out why and do it. You wanna do it. It's easy to do." Then he delivered the real truth: "It's not what you're capable of doing. It's what you're willing to do." "You are all capable or you wouldn't be here. Every one of you. All of you are really good or they wouldn't have brought you in." "But what are you willing to do?" Many are capable, few are COMMITTED. "Now you should make the choice to be the best you can be and do what you were brought here to do and be a great teammate." You win through your habits and how you show up. The first choice is to show up. The next choice is to commit. Commit, show up, do the work, and stack the days. (🎥Texas Women's Swimming & Diving)

Dabo Swinney shares the Gandhi quote that became the foundation of his program and why your beliefs determine your destiny. "Your beliefs become your thoughts. Your thoughts become your words. Your words become your actions. Your actions become your habits. Your habits become your values. And your values become your destiny." "That's how powerful it is that you believe and you think the right way." This is why you must guard your mind first. If you don't believe you can succeed, you won't even try. "As a man thinketh, so is he." "If you think you don't deserve it, if you think you're a dog, if you think the world's against you - well, guess what? That'll become your words. That'll become your actions. That'll become your habits. That'll become your values." "That'll become your destiny." Choose where to focus because everything follows that. "Your destiny is determined by what your beliefs are and what your thoughts are." The chain is clear: Beliefs → Thoughts → Words → Actions → Habits → Values → Destiny Actions build habits and your habits build your identity. It all starts with what you do, what you say, and what you think. (🎥Sports Visions )

Most people think of rollbacks all wrong! They think the point of a rollback is to be quicker on your rollback than your opponent. The fact is, at the higher levels athleticism is pretty equal and you can’t rely on this! The way you should think of your rollback is by making your guy overrun you! Using the deception of hesitation moves, you can get a step and make your guy late. When he’s late, now he has to really accelerate to catch up. One key is using deception in your rollback posture to sell go while you’re rolling back. It doesn’t even matter if he’s faster than you, you’re still going to destroy him on your rollback if you can get him to overrun you! There are lots of different kinds of hesitations you can use, but this is more of a concept! Tell me if you know how to do this.

Smart kid exposes the real purpose of government schools in just two minutes. 🔥 "The whole school system is basically just a scam designed to turn everybody into a bunch of employees who can't think for themselves." "They want to make you smart enough to where you can work your 9-to-5 job and do what your boss says, but not smart enough to where you can think on your own and understand the messed up system you're in." "School's not teaching you how to think. It's telling you what to think."

You don’t have to be motivated about anything. You just have to keep yourself alive to the fullest possible level. Then you will do everything that you can do. If you do not do what you cannot do, it is all right. But if you do not do what you can do, your life is a tragedy. #SadhguruWisdom

YOU NEED TO BE SUPER CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU BELIEVE. There’s a reason they call it programming: repeated symbols, words, identities, and ideas can shape how you think and eventually how you live. A pentagram, hexagram, or any other “gram” is a written or drawn form—but the deeper warning is this: belief is not passive. What you repeatedly accept, identify with, and embody can become part of your behavior and your reality. Be careful what you allow to become you. #Belief #Programming #Esotericism #Symbolism #Matrix

God is saying something right now and it is this: This is MY day. It is different. Halt. 🛑🙏 Think about the days you have fully stopped for in your life. You cleared your calendar. You disconnected from everything else... you showed up. The Fall Feasts are not religious obligations. They are not Old Testament ceremonies with nothing to say to your life. They are times God Himself set up so that He could meet with you. Have you. Consecrate you. Reflect with you. Celebrate with you. For those who have ears to hear: God is calling His people into a divine time of consecration. A time of reflection. A time with Him.

Jordan Peterson: "If you can't fix your room, you can't fix your life" "Why should you even bother improving yourself? The answer is something like: so you don't suffer anymore stupidly than you have to. And maybe so others don't have to either. It's not some casual self-help doctrine. If you don't organize yourself properly, you'll pay for it. In a big way. And so will the people around you." Peterson continues: "You can say, 'Well, I don't care about that.' But that's actually not true, you do care about it. Because if you're in pain, you will care about it. It's very rare that you can find someone in excruciating pain who would say, 'Well, it would be no better if I was out of this.' Pain brings the idea that it would be better if it didn't exist along with it. It's incontrovertible." On how to start: "Look around for something that bothers you and see if you can fix it. You can do this in a room. Sit in your bedroom and think: 'If I wanted to spend ten minutes making this room better, what would I have to do?' You have to ask yourself that, it's a genuine question. And things will pop out. There's a stack of papers bugging you. Some rubbish behind your computer monitor you haven't attended to for six months. Cables tangled up." He explains why this matters: "If you were coming to see me for psychotherapy, the easiest thing would be to get you to organize your room. You think, is that psychotherapy? It depends on how you conceive the limits of your being. Start where you can start. If something announces itself as in need of repair that you could repair, fix it. Fix a hundred things like that, your life will be a lot different." On fixing what you repeat every day: "People tend to think of their daily routines as trivial. You get up, brush your teeth, have breakfast. Those probably constitute 50% of your life. People think, they're mundane, I don't need to pay attention to them. No, that's exactly wrong. The things you do every day are the most important things you do. Hands down. Just do the arithmetic." On staying within your competence: "Sometimes you don't know how to fix something. Imagine you're walking down the street and there's a guy who's alcoholic and schizophrenic and has been homeless for ten years. That's a problem. It would be good if you could fix it, but you haven't got a clue. You walk around that and go find something you could fix. Just because something announces itself as in need of repair doesn't mean it's you, right then and there, who should repair it. You have to have some humility. You don't walk up to a helicopter that isn't working and just start tinkering away." Peterson shares the key insight: "As soon as you give your mind a genuine aim, it'll reconfigure the world in keeping with that aim. That's actually how you see to begin with. You've all seen the video where you watch basketballs being tossed back and forth, and while you're doing that, a gorilla walks into the middle of the video and you don't see it. If you thought about that experiment for five years, that would be about the right amount of time to spend thinking about it." He explains what it reveals: "What it shows you is that you see what you aim at. If you can get one thing through your head, that would be a good one. You see what you aim at. One inference you might draw from that is: be careful what you aim at. What you aim at determines the way the world manifests itself to you. So if the world is manifesting itself in a very negative way, one thing to ask is: are you aiming at the right thing?"

Peterson shares the key insight: "As soon as you give your mind a genuine aim, it'll reconfigure the world in keeping with that aim.

Every morning you have a choice. You can wake up carrying your bags from yesterday. Dragging all the days before it. Already tired from the weight of what you know, what you've done, what you have to do. Or you can wake up new. I choose new. I wake up and start every day as if it is my first day. Not a single past failure clouds my mind. Musings and worries of the future are completely absent. This is not denial. This is not forgetting. This is creating space. Space to paint a new canvas with the originality of the moment. Without this space, life becomes repetitive. The same thoughts loop. The same feelings return. The same patterns play out again and again. You become a machine running old programs. Conformity thrives on this repetition. But freshness breaks the pattern. When you approach each day as your first day, you're not bound by who you were yesterday or limited by what failed last week. You're not trapped in the story you've been telling yourself. You are simply here. Now. Relaxed. Show up as you are. Raw and real and present. Nature will meet you there. The cold will meet you there. Your true self will meet you there. This is celebration. Not of achievement or success or arriving somewhere but a celebration of life itself. Of being here and feeling everything. Start with a deep breath. Right now. -Wim Hof

This is some good information to know. The US mail system aggregates stewardship of delivery but not deadlines. The work around this is signing up for USPS digital or online account and it is free service. It sends you an image scan via email of the current postal mail to be delivered that day so the proof of what was delivered or not is given to you. You get a notification everyday whether you have mail or not. I don't know if this service varies by state so consider looking into the availability for your postal zip code covered area. . 's a state-by-state. If you can get this access depending on the state you live in. But I believe every state should have the account. You can set it up, it's easy. And then you can see your mail. That's coming. If you have packages coming, you can see your account and it gives you notifications every day regardless if you get mail or not, whether you have something coming or not. #Inspirenaire
