I yearn for a full hsr anime

We’re finally back to honkai anime cutscenes…I thought we lost them since part 1 of HI3.

Trying to explain to my non hsr friends why phainon losing his shirt a minute into the fight was absolutely necessary to the plot

Is not crazy tho, if u saw the H3rd "Becouse of you" or any they got insane animation level back then + topping up to the current hsr just got bigger level of goat.

Yeah im a hi3 fan too I’ve seen those but they primarily use 3d animation with an aesthetic that gives the optical illusion of 2d which I do love. But this time for phainons animation they went full 2d anime-style type of cutscene which really impressed me 😭😭

Correction. It’s not a cutscene from the game directly. It’s an animated short they made for the character. But! It’s so high quality compared to ones for some of the other characters. They actually went all out 😭🩷

Eh I think it counts as an in game cutscene that was part of the main quest, I did 3.4 and this animated short was the continuation of the story itself
