yeah this is harrasment. I had this happen to me in a neighborhood I occupied tenancy at, n the people on the right hand side of us apparently had a major issue with me parking on the concrete slab IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE I WAS PAYING RENT AT😂 wife blocked me in every single day.
