How is your movement so convincing? Have you studied a lot of live action references?

Some random knowledge I had before animation. It’d be a handful to write out, but in short your body relies on a lot of parts to perform even the most simple actions. Raising your hand involves your chest, shoulder, elbow, wrist, etc. The idea expands the more complex the action

WHAT?!? Is this really made in pivot? How?? I used the 3.0(the darkdemon phase of pivot if anyone remembers) and I was really passionate about always keep in touch with masters and new people animating but never seen something like that! I really need an answer
