I just made $CRDO a top 5 position in my growth portfolio because Credo is evolving into a much broader bet on owning the connection inside AI clusters. As those clusters move toward 1.6T and eventually 3.2T then Credo can capture more of the link across electrical, optical, DSPs and silicon photonics as bandwidth and distance requirements increase. And once you own more of the link then products like Pilot let Credo move up another layer by monitoring connection health before failures start dragging down utilization across increasingly expensive AI clusters.

$CRWD just delivered its strongest new-business quarter ever while both gross and net retention improved sequentially which means growth is accelerating from both customer acquisition and expansion. We're seeing how Falcon Flex is becoming the mechanism behind that with ARR surpassing $2.3B at 101% growth while more than 935 accounts were added in the quarter which exceeded the prior three quarters combined. I also think it’s wild that Claude usage grew 400% across sampled endpoints as CrowdStrike lifted full-year net new ARR growth from ~23% at the start of the year to ~34% today.

$AMD is down around 10% because it delivered an excellent quarter into an almost perfect bar but the beat wasn't large enough to force upward revisions to already aggressive second-half and 2027 estimates. Revenue grew 50%, Data Center more than doubled, EPYC accelerated, Instinct scaled and Helios began ramping so this looks more like an expectations reset than a weakening AI thesis. The market simply wanted more proof that the pipeline is converting faster through a larger beat, firmer Helios shipment timing and clearer revenue visibility from $META, OpenAI and Anthropic.

$ORCL is borrowing aggressively to build AI data centers for a customer base heavily tied to OpenAI and the market is starting to question whether Oracle can fund that buildout without $MSFT, $GOOGL, $AMZN or $META level cash generation. The upside is that OCI now has one of the largest AI backlogs in the market at ~$640B which gives Oracle a real shot at becoming the fourth major AI cloud platform if that demand converts into durable revenue. If cloud growth stays above 50% and customer prepayments ease the funding burden then this selloff could eventually look like the painful capital cycle before the harvest phase.

the IBM earnings reinforced something I think Wall Street is still underestimating: IBM is becoming an operating system for enterprise AI. The initial earnings reaction focused on the familiar metrics—revenue growth, infrastructure, margins and quarterly expectations. But that misses the bigger transformation underway. The AI market is bifurcating. On one side are companies building frontier models. On the other are companies helping enterprises operationalize AI—integrating it with existing systems and data, governing it, securing it, and turning AI into measurable business outcomes. IBM is increasingly positioning itself for that second market. And that's important because the enterprise AI conversation is moving from models to tools, from experimentation to outcomes, and ultimately toward autonomy and agents. IBM has decades of enterprise infrastructure, software, data and consulting relationships sitting underneath that transition. The mainframe isn't necessarily legacy in this world—it can become part of the context and transaction infrastructure AI acts upon. Wall Street initially looked at the quarter.
