Step 1. Click anywhere in the data. Go to the ‘Insert’ tab. Click ‘Insert Combo Chart’. And choose ‘Clustered Column - Line on Secondary Axis’.

Step 2. Move the Combo Chart. Change the colors and style to fit your theme. Change the Chart Title.

Step 3. Double-click the line, click the paint bucket icon, click ‘Marker’ and ‘Marker Options’, choose ‘Bult-in’ and select a circle.
