Usually I’m ahead of the curve when critically assessing a person, I even get push back from some of my most ardent followers. Although pushback doesn’t stop my pursuit of truth. In the end, most if not all, come around and see what I saw albeit a little late. Personally I don’t know 💯 percent why a person is no good. I have this gift of sizing people up almost immediately with little data. When my red alert radar antenna spikes to a ten, many times I’m not sure why yet but the reason eventually materializes. Personally I watched Megyn Kelly with a renewed optimism that she had truly shed her old skin and emerged as a committed moderate conservative. After all I believe in redemption. Like many of you, our optimism was short lived. Others it took a little longer to wake up. All good because we welcome everyone and anyone that understands whether the realization hit yesterday or a year ago, or longer.

Yaxel Lendeborg on what he’s going to do this summer to prepare for next season: “I keep hearing that my hips are stiff, so I got to figure out how to loosen up my hips. A lot of I’ve been hearing too is like a point-of-attack defender, something like that. So I want to try to work on those two things, just the little things to fix that up. And then just continue to start shooting the ball consistently and get a quicker release so I can get it off a little better.”

No matter how many times you fall, you have no choice but to get up again. Figure skating found me during a time when I was discovering myself, healing myself, and rebuilding the parts of me I thought were gone. It became something that no one could ever take away from me. I am passionate about this sport because of what it does to my soul. The moment my blades touch the ice, something in me settles. I feel whole. I feel protected. I feel like I have entered a world where nothing can break me. No one can walk into that space and dim my light or tell me I am not enough. On the ice, I define myself. Figure skating is a place where applause comes from every direction, even from within. You clap for your effort, your courage, your growth and even bad days. Rumor has it I’m still swimming… 😂 Lol, but hey, I’m about to get real for a second. There have been many moments recently where I’ve felt like the currents have been too tough to swim through… All I wanted to do was throw in the towel and come up for air. But it’s in moments like this where I remind myself that I CAN swim… and I’m actually a damn strong swimmer at that! Nic is actually one of those people that looked perfect on the show but the more you keep up after, the more things just start… not adding up. It’s like everything he does has a layer of performance to it. The “good guy” image is a bit too polished, the way he moves is very calculated, and you can tell he’s very aware of how he wants to be perceived at all times. That kind of thing always cracks eventually. With Olandria I must laugh cause she’s blinded by her delusions, it’s nice on the surface, but if you’ve been paying attention, there are little moments that feel off. Not enough for people to clock immediately, but enough to make you side-eye. And that’s usually how it starts small inconsistencies before the real slip. I don’t think he’s as genuine as people want him to be, and honestly, it’s only a matter of time before something happens that people can’t defend or spin. When it does, I’m not even going to argue with anyone. I’ll just be here, because some of us already saw it coming. #LoveIslandUSA #olandria #NicholasVansteenberghe

This is for the person who struggles with their body image. You are not alone. All the time, I wish I had even a tiny bit of consistent confidence in my body. You know what I’ve realized? I can love myself no matter what my body looks like. I can trust myself no matter my size. I can care for myself no matter what other people think of me. Can I say how hard that is when people tear me down in comments or messages? To still love myself regardless of how I’m treated? That’s a mission. It’s actually the mission we’re all on. My body can be sacred to me even if I’m self-conscious about it. Sometimes I wear something so beautiful that it reminds me that I’m beautiful too… Because what’s on the inside is what will radiate to the outside. Every day, I focus on being kind or sharing a helping hand. My body is a vessel for what I believe to be true about the world and that’s that everyone can make a difference- big or small. Have you ever looked at your paycheck, looked at your bills, and wondered where all the money went? There's something a lot of people don't talk about enough when it comes to being a man in today's world. For many men, there's still a strong desire to be able to provide, build a stable household, take care of the people they love, and have something left over at the end of the month. The problem is that doing that can feel harder and harder when the basic cost of living keeps eating up more of every paycheck. Rent or a mortgage, groceries, insurance, utilities, gas, car payments, repairs, medical expenses, and everything else can add up incredibly quickly. Even a man who works hard and tries to be responsible can sometimes feel like he is running just to stay in the same place. Then there are the unexpected expenses that always seem to show up at what feels like the worst possible time. That creates a lot of pressure. A man may feel like he is supposed to have everything figured out, even when he's dealing with the same rising costs and financial uncertainty as everyone else. He might not want to complain about it because he feels like he is supposed to simply handle it. But struggling financially does not automatically mean someone is lazy, irresponsible, or not trying hard enough. At the same time, there is something admirable about a man who keeps working toward a better situation instead of giving up. Maybe that means learning a new skill, taking on extra work, starting a business, cutting unnecessary expenses, or simply being patient while trying to get ahead. It may take longer than expected, and sometimes progress can be painfully slow. It's also important to remember that a man's worth should not be measured by the size of his paycheck. Providing for family is important of course, but being a good husband, father, friend, neighbor, and member of a community matters too. In a world where so many people are quietly struggling to keep up, maybe we should ask ourselves whether we are expecting ordinary working people to accomplish the extraordinary just to afford an ordinary life.

JADE gets emotional reflecting on her North American tour in a new TikTok: “I’m having so much fun on this tour. I just feel so grateful that I’m getting to do this at this point in my career. The fact that I get to tour [North America] after being in the industry for 15 years, and only now just getting to do my own headline tour, is incredible. It’s been a long time coming. What’s really beautiful about these shows is that when I look into the audience, I recognise so many of the fans here from back in the day, who’ve literally waited for years – like me! – for this moment. It just makes me feel so loved and supported to know people have believed in me enough to stick around for years waiting for this to happen. Anyone that’s bought a ticket, dressed up, made their own costumes… It’s just such a lovely, beautiful thing. I hope they can see when I’m on stage just how much that means to me, and how much I love performing and putting on the best show that I possibly can every single night. I will never ever take it for granted. I’m just so chuffed that I get to do this for a living… be a silly pop girlie, write and create music that brings people – and myself – a lot of joy… Thank you for believing in me. I literally get on the bunk on my bus most nights from the tour and just lie there like, ‘Oh my god! As if this is my life!’ It means a lot. I hope I get to do this for the rest of my life… Full of gratitude and lots of all the lovely emotions. Thank you so much.”
