Creator of Claude Code just dropped a free masterclass on agent engineering with Opus 5 from 0% to 100%: “80% of our engineers are using self-improving loops” 10% → 3:38 - why they deleted 80% of the system prompt 30% →6:55 - delete your CLAUDE.md every 6 months 55%... show more

this is nuts. boris deleting his own system prompt and letting Opus 5 cook - the guy's a genius

hehe, genius speaker = genius workshop enjoy!

1000 agents sounds crazy until you see the workflow

agree with you absolutely, sounds complicated but in learns very quickly

The part that hit me wasn't the 1,000 agents. It was deleting prompt weight while widening the loop. I've burned hours polishing giant specs, then a smaller scaffold plus better feedback beat them. I wrote about this in 《The 100 Questions of Graph Engineering》:

definitely worth watching. no one explains how to work with AI better than Boris

lessons by him about agents is very expensive thx for supp

looks like it's new BANGER video by Boris that will become the a versatile workshop that will last a long time brilliant material, bro booked

absolutely it is, the smartest and newest workshop with practic lessons happy that you like it

That 15-day prompt is lowkey terrifying

huh, the most important rule is always "just start"

Solid breakdown agents part is where it clicks for most people imo

100% bro, glad that you like it

The biggest productivity gains rarely come from longer prompts. They come from designing better systems around the model

Mình từng thấy team startup xóa hẳn CLAUDE.md sau 4 tháng và để 200 agent tự chạy rewrite module. Kết quả codebase sạch hơn hẳn

This is awesome, I've been looking for something like this. Thanks for sharing!

I’ve been wondering whether self-improving loops are actually a useful thing to build, or just a way to make things feel like they're progressing. That deletion frequency though, six months? Seems… ambitious.

Less prompting, more orchestration.

Dude. I wonder how this can help my APOS I’ve built. Prompts are annoying and keeps you going in circles without the improvement

删提示这点比加提示更反直觉了

Better agents often need less context, not longer prompts.

Boris know what he doing all the time
