What's the worst VFX you've seen in a mainstream movie?

Why are the arms and legs so bulky? 😄

@dougupp They copied Terminator 2's villain's features in a horror movie. But that was only possible if the villain was a machine and not skinny skeleton. So they made the skeleton 'muscular'.
