As a satisfied Georgia voter, I’m proudly voting for Chris Carr for Governor, and I strongly encourage you to do the same. He says what he means and does what he says. We need that kind of leader in the Governor’s office.

Sure, LE shooting a drone down over a prison is probably ok. A homeowner shooting down a drone over their house is going to land you jail. The same federal law applies to drones as it would if you shot down a Cessna. State and local law does not preempt federal laws on this.
