The overwhelming majority of violent crimes are committed by a really small number of people & we know who they are…because they keep committing crimes. Over 50% of urban crimes are committed in less than 5% of city locations. Get those criminals off the streets, it’s really not that hard.

Everyday I work hard as a police officer to catch violent criminals, only to have them be released the next day without going to jail, and then re-offend.
