It’s been like this since the start of the game. I was freaking out when someone told me because I sold soooo many robbing manors. The loot u get from the good boxes is usually worth at least double what u can sell the box for

Yeah. I found that out like.. .30 hours in when i started to steal things. Was first wondering how to do that.. Then i noticed that i had the mask thing.. Then started doing so. Also found out you dont have to worry about being foudn out if you are in a room alone.

I sold all the boxes I stole from the bank already

I think that the main theme of the game is “exploration” but not only exploration of the open world but also exploration of mechanics, menus, UI and others. You should just try things and figure them out by yourself

Some are worth opening others are just worth selling. You have to gage by how the box looks, fancier box open, simpler box just sell. The worse boxes just have useless junk most of the time.

There really is a fine line between bad design and giving the player just enough to figure it out. Even at 100 hours in I still think it's way to close to the bad side of that line.

No way y'all are just finding this out lol. After picking them up, I always inspect them. When you do, you literally see an action to open them, you just gotta read all the actions it gives.
