After The Game - and the scrum was taking place - coaches & players were trying to separate and calm guys down. All I saw of Day was a blank stare and did not even try to reel his guys in. Thats not leadership material folks.

Absolutely right! The man makes $9M+ to do 3 things... 1. Beat Michigan 2. Win Big Ten Championship 3. Win National Championship. He hasn't done any of those the past 4 years.

CC is likely correct. The issue, as weird as it sounds, isn't just the losing to Michigan. It's also how this loss happened. Huge favorite. Michigan down 2 of its best players. This was THE year to beat them down. And they tried to do it by running up the middle 30 times. OOPS
