At 7 i can go to the market alone and buy ingredients for daily lunch, i cooked for my family at age 10. This is nothing new on this side of the world unless your a privileged kid.

Kid's wearing a school uniform underneath. Those stalls at this kind of market usually only runs at night. So the kid's still going to school and was able to learn a usable trade. That's quality local education right there
