It's honestly high time (no pun intended) for the people in BC to face the facts, that the creeping early years of legalizing drugs has finally caught up to them. The problem I see, is cartels are very much involved in the province selling these things on the street. The governments are just not cracking down on them substantially. They do workarounds instead of dealing with the illegality of it all directly.
