So we'd either have to cut spending or increase taxes to make up for the fact" The IFS say that both the Conservatives and Labour have an £18 billion black hole in our public finances in their manifestos Brexit has failed, and is damaging our economy, making us poorer. The easiest way to plug that hole is to rejoin the EU Single Market, increase our tax receipts; and we'll also have money to invest in our NHS and other public services
