The real problem is that The capital structure that Saylor implemented at MSTR created a financial playground for capital structure arbitrage hedge funds. Unfortunately for BTC HODLers is that most of these trading strategies basically entail shorting MSTR common shares. They’re not going to stop until MSTR is liquidated and Saylor is prosecuted.
