CS Ruku calls for Kiambu to be split into two counties, defends push for Mt. Kenya East political independence

All his opinions are based on splitting. He was calling for splitting of mt kenya East na west, now it's Kiambu na home kwake huko mbeere pple are struggling with poverty.

I think we don't need more counties and the resulting bureaucracy. Even the 47 is alot. We should have simply used the former 8 provinces as counties

According to Ruku Kikuyu ,Embu and Meru are not one but kipsigis, Terik, Sengwer, Sabaot, pokot, Marakwet, Keiyo and Turgen are one Kalenjin . Also Suba and Kuria are Luo.
