Where is whole video/analyse it feels like he is much closer to the model in CS:GO than in CS2 + framerate will play huge role.

My guess is that bc of subticks goal is to make sure that you input is exactly when you pressed it within the tick however it still waits for the next tick to update and then the client has to wait for the server to tell it the correct position creating the visible delay while-

My opinion: I don't know exactly what the clip is referencing (delay or the amount of frames CS2 gets more then CSGO between actions). It looks like CS2 has more frames with the same action. :)
