CSV is way mature than parquet+arrow. latter two formats break data silently while CSV hardly does and when it happens its usually simple fix.

when reading a csv file using custom code, i eventually realized that if a value itself contains a comma, then that value is enclosed in quotes. But then i pondered: what if the value contains both a comma and a quote? 🤔
