Pls ask Justice Carpio: How many EJK victims must be killed for a president to be considered having committed a "CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY"? Are 100 victims in one year big enough to comprise "humanity"? 1,000 perhaps or 10,000? If they're just EJK, will they merit an ICC trial?
