What a class on deflection he just tried to teach...and failed miserably. Yes let's refine more value added production, they still need a pipeline and access to tidewater on both coasts to be able to ship around the world.

The reason there is only a very limited market for exporting refined oil products is the same as the reason why prairie farmers do not make different flours and bake them into different products to ship globally. Singh knows nothing about the oil industry.
