Recipe 1 cup poha 1.5 cup grated cucumber 1/3rd cup grated coconut 1-2 tsp oil 1 tsp channa dal 1 tsp urad dal 20g peanuts 1 tsp ginger chopped 2 green chillies 1 sprig curry leaves Salt as per taste

Wash, soak and drain the poha. Now grate the cucumber and mix it with poha and freshly grated coconut. Make a tadka using all the ingredients mentioned above and the poha mixture to it. Cook for 2 mins and sever. VC - auraartofhealthyliving
