Probably yes, although I can't really point to a gene in blacks that produces this difference. It's lower impulse control for sure, what genes regulate that I'm not sure.

I can’t argue this.. I’m a black homeowner I put candy on my porch all the white kids took one only the black kids took all of it .. but I’ve seen other things where white kids are really terrible at.
