The speed limit is bs? Unless stated otherwise its 50 km/h inside cities and 100 outside of cities. Some parts on the Autobahn dont have a speed limit but good luck being able to even go 160 for 5 seconds until some retard blocks the left lane.

The uncomfortable staring is actually not so bad. Just do a greeting like “guten morgen” and see them hurry away scared.

There are speed limits in Germany. Only the Autobahn has no speed limit. They aren't most likely signs nearby because you are supposed to know the speed limits.
