50% of my consulting work right now is helping companies use open-source models at scale. Everyone knows how to use an open-source LLM on their computers, but it's really hard to do this at scale for thousands of users. Here is how this plays out: 1. A team builds a prototype using DeepSeek. 2. Everything looks good. It works! 3. They follow an online guide to deploy the model online. 4. They ask 10 users to try the app. 5. Latency spikes everywhere. 6. The entire system halts. 7. They blame DeepSeek and try again using a new model. The problem is always with scaling inference, not the model. Here is one recommendation I give companies: Check out Nebius Token Factory if you don't want to ever think about deploying an open-source model again. This is a managed inference platform for deploying open-source LLMs at scale. This is not for prototypes or research experiments. This is for when you have a real application with real users. Same Claude. Same $20 tool. Completely different output. The funny part is there is no magic prompt here. No secret template. No “10x Claude” trick. Just the boring layer Karpathy keeps pointing at: context, memory and structure before output. A setup like this can save 30 minutes a day, which is 15 hours a month. I spent 2 hours of my Saturday reviewing hundreds of charts. These are the setups that stood out and what you should focus on this week. Software and healthcare are starting to catch a bid. Semiconductors are showing fatigue. The next rotation may already be underway. 📼 Video attached (8m 25s) $SNOW is breaking higher from a strong earnings base. $PANW is reclaiming 300 and looks ready for continuation. $LLY continues to show exceptional relative strength. Here’s the watchlist and recording: $SPX: Still trapped in a range. 7338 remains the key support. Holding it keeps the higher-low thesis intact. Below 7236 opens downside toward 7150. Above 7500 would be a strong signal that the pullback is complete. $QQQ: Showing relative weakness versus SPX. Holding the 50-day moving average for now, but a break below 700 could open a move toward 685. $IWM: One of the strongest indices right now. Watching 300 closely. A breakout could trigger a move into all-time highs and potentially much higher. $SMH: Starting to roll over. Unable to hold the 9-day moving average. Below 600 could open a larger pullback toward 550. $IGV: One of the most interesting charts in the market. Software finally caught a strong bid on Friday after weeks of selling. Watching for continuation. $AAPL: Strong relative strength Friday. Above 286 could trigger a gap-fill toward 293. Above 302 would be very bullish. $MSFT: Potential swing low forming. Failed breakdown at yearly lows and a strong reversal Friday. Needs 376-380 reclaimed before confidence returns. $GOOGL: Nice bounce but still lacking a clear setup. Watching for follow-through from Friday’s strength. $AMZN: Still fighting with the 200-day moving average. Worth monitoring if the rotation into mega caps continues. $NFLX: One of the stronger recoveries. Holding 70 and reclaiming 75 could trigger a failed-breakdown move back toward highs. $NVDA: Still weak. Watching 109 and the 200-day moving average. A break there could lead to another leg lower. $TSLA: Remains difficult. Needs a move back above 400 before becoming interesting. Open GMGN using the link: [link], and start analyzing the first tokens. In the Meme tab, set filters in the third column: > With at least 1 social > MKT Cap: min 150k > 1h TXs: min 300 > Total Holders: min 400 The dev should hold no more than 3-5% of the total token supply, or ideally 0%. Top 10 holders should control about 10-20%, which is reasonable for a market cap of 100-200k. Make sure most snipers have exited their positions. Check the top holders to see if they’re in profit or at a loss, and assess if they could create pressure on the chart. My typical morning as a pilot starts early. I wake up at 03:50 when our pilot coordinator informs me that a car will pick me up at 04:20. Due to a shortage of pilots in Vlissingen, I am given a ride to Vlissingen with a colleague. We arrive at 05:15. My colleague's ship is scheduled to arrive at Vlissingen Roads at 05:30, while mine is set to arrive at 06:00. Normally, if you are already in Vlissingen waiting, you would receive a 20-minute notice to proceed to the pilot boat. The pilot coordinator in Vlissingen tells me that I have to proceed to the "Wulpen" pilot boat. There are usually two Belgian pilot boats and one Dutch pilot boat available. I take a short walk from our pilot station to the "loodsensteiger," or pilot jetty, which is just down the stairs and across the street. When I board the pilot boat, I report to the skipper by providing my name, the ship I am assigned to, and its origin (North or West). I also inform him of the "sein," or signal, which in this case is "2A," indicating a category 2 vessel (under 150 meters in length overall) bound for Antwerp. The "Wulpen" takes me out to the vessel, where I climb on board. My colleague, who is the sea pilot, hands over the details of the ship along with relevant information regarding traffic. Off we go! I docked in Zandvliet Lock at 09:15 and returned home by 10:00. I am available again at 21:00, which today translates to an immediate phone call for another vessel.
