I've been thinking about what to say since the ending of the stream but I still have no words So I'll just let my heart guide my words As many as you know due to past tweets I've followed Sinder since even before she was Sinder back on her ASMR channel Tashi.mp3 Her videos helped me fall asleep at nights where my world was falling apart Even tho I couldn't watch every stream and most of the time I only could watch her tweets I always liked them and retweet them I couldn't buy merch or subscribe to her twitch like other pyro pups so that's the only way I had to show my support I once left her a reply with an old account of mine telling her that she has a bright future ahead of her And even with everything that has happened I still believe in those words I said Sinder is really strong and not only one of my oshis but also one of my role models, her kindness and gentle heart have inspired me into becoming the person I am today, I'm still far from being the best version of myself, there's still a lot more work that I need to do before I get to that point But I think that now I'm on the right path When all this started 5 months ago I made a promise to myself That If she doesn't give up on her dreams, then I would work harder than ever to achieve mine Today it's proof of that promise Sinder never gave up And even tho there's still a long road ahead until I can finally say that I achieved my dreams With each passing day I feel that I'm getting closer Even if it's just by millimeters I know most of you may have questions about me, like "Who are you?" BTC has been insanely volatile this week, but I think the bigger takeaway is not that the bear market is over. If anything, the data is pointing to a mini rally in April that could fool a lot of people before things get uglier in May and June. That is the core idea behind this video. The main resource I used to make the case is the Better Crypto Calendar. The monthly returns and year-over-year comparisons for BTC, ETH, TOTALES, and the broader crypto market all point to the same pattern that we have seen in prior bottom years: relief rallies can and do happen, but they usually happen inside a larger bearish structure. That is why I think April can still close green, and why I also think people need to stay careful once the market starts looking a little too comfortable. The old TradFi saying "sell in May and walk away" is not a perfect crypto rule, but this year it lines up well with the broader data. Bottom years tend to include a bounce in April, more pain in May and June, and sometimes another bounce in July after the market has already gone through a lot of drawdown. That does not mean every month will map perfectly, but it does mean a short-term rally would be normal and not some magical proof that the bear market has ended. So the real message here is balance. Do not ignore a possible April rally if the data supports it, but do not let a few green weeks trick you into abandoning common sense either. Bottom years are gifts because they create lower prices, cleaner DCA opportunities, and better long-term entries. That is why I think April can still close green, and why I also think people need to stay careful once the market starts looking a little too comfortable. The old TradFi saying "sell in May and walk away" is not a perfect crypto rule, but this year it lines up well with the broader data. Bottom years tend to include a bounce in April, more pain in May and June, and sometimes another bounce in July after the market has already gone through a lot of drawdown. That does not mean every month will map perfectly, but it does mean a short-term rally would be normal and not some magical proof that the bear market has ended. So the real message here is balance. Do not ignore a possible April rally if the data supports it, but do not let a few green weeks trick you into abandoning common sense either. Bottom years are gifts because they create lower prices, cleaner DCA opportunities, and better long-term entries. I think May and June could be brutal for crypto, and in this video I walk through exactly why I still believe BTC could push all the way down to $38,555 before this bear market leg is done. I spent the last week in Benin Republic practicing my Duolingo French and only just made it out before the borders were closed. In all my travels across the continent, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a people this openly positive about their government and the reforms underway. What really struck me was how consistent the message was. I spent time in diplomatic circles and on the streets. With tech ecosystem leaders and with public-sector folks. Interestingly, many of the public-sector leaders I met were young — people in their 30s and 40s — but they worked with very clear private-sector speed and urgency. From policymakers to founders to everyday people, everyone seemed to be saying the same thing: deep gratitude for the reforms of the last decade and real optimism about what the next 14 years could mean, especially with the private sector playing a stronger role. On a personal level, this trip also changed some long-held perceptions for me. Growing up just across the Sèmè border from Cotonou, Benin always felt like a quiet village next door. That picture stayed with me for years. This time, it was unrecognizable. I travelled well beyond Cotonou into other towns and rural parts of the country, and it was clear that something deeper is going on. There was a sense of coherence — policies actually translating into infrastructure and execution. One moment that really stayed with me was visiting the GDIZ (Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone). For the first time in my life, I saw an end-to-end cotton-to-textile factory on African soil — from raw cotton all the way to finished textile, in one integrated chain. For a continent that has spent decades stuck at the bottom of global value chains, that experience hit differently. No country is perfect — Benin included — but I left feeling genuinely hopeful. My simple prayer is that NOTHING disrupts this momentum, because what’s being built here matters deeply for the future of the people of Benin.

In a 2014 commencement address, Jim Carrey shared three lines that will change the way you think about life: 1. "Fear is going to be a player in your life, but you get to decide how much." 2. "So many of us choose our paths out of fear disguised as practicality. What we really want seems impossibly out of reach and ridiculous to expect." That 2nd line hit me hard––specifically the point about "fear disguised as practicality." Far too many times we choose the "safe" path because we convince ourselves that it's the smart or practical thing to do. I know, I've spent the better part of my adult life doing exactly that. I understand, not everyone's life situation is the same. Sometimes, the conservative path, the practical path, is the right one to take. But more often than not, we make that decision based on fear of the unknown. We spend hours upon hours coming up will all of the reasons we can't live our dreams––we convince ourselves that the life we hoped for just isn't in the cards. It's, as Carrey says, "impossibly out of reach and ridiculous to expect." Carrey goes on to relay a story from his childhood: "My father could have been a great comedian, but he didn't believe that was possible for him so he made a conservative choice. He got a safe job as an accountant and when I was 12 years old, he was let go from that safe job." What Carrey says he learned brings us to the 3rd and final line I'd like to share: " I learned many great lessons from my father, not the least of which was that: You can fail at what you don't want, so you might as well take a chance on doing what you love." Screw your “Optimal Preparation Routine” In late 2022 Jacob Degrom was coming off a shoulder injury that kept him off the mound for 4 months. Seeing that his first start of the year would come less than 20 miles from where I lived, I made the split decision to go see Degoat in person I got to the park two hours before game time Hoping to catch a glimpse of some magical pregame preparation from one of the best in the game As I sat just behind the catcher near the bullpen. I watched every move from the time Jacob walked out of the dugout to his first pitch on the game mound. And what did I find??? NOTHING I mean the guys warm up was one of the most basic, vanilla warm ups I’d ever seen!!! Regimented? Sure. He made his first throw exactly 20 minutes before game time. 6:45. Right on the dot. Was watching the clock and AS SOON as it hit 6:45, he turned to the catcher and made his first throw No weighted balls. No bands. No sprints Looked like a standard high school warm up. “Few jogs, few of theeese, few of theeese….” Some light stretching and catch play was all he needed before promptly going to the game mound and hitting 101 on his third pitch. Does this mean that Degrom is a freak? Well, yes. But it also shows how irrelevant a specific prep routine can be for a large majority of players Jacob found what works for him and he stuck to it I encourage you to do the same. Having a mapped out plan for how you want to attack an outing is crucial, but the contents of that routine can vary based on the individual. If you need more prep, more CNS activation, more mobility before your outing to perform your best, so be it! If you HATE long periods of thought and careful planning before you throw, maybe tossing a football around for your “weighted ball routine” could be a better option Just some thoughts. I would like to share with my friend an experience about a deal he wanted to make with the famous guy named Hydra! 300k$ inventory scammer? What’s your opinion on it? Today my close friend M1nato m1nato tried to deal with a guy whose nickname is Hydra by selling him a karambit blue gem 828 WW for 6k$ This guy “Hydra” asked him to give m1nato’s discord so he can call him. After that they had a very interesting conversation. First, Hydra said he don’t want to use any middleman in the deal because he doesn’t trust to any but he said that's OK to send money first BUT there was one interesting thing, Hydra’s said : “I will send you money first but you have to send the karambit after that, when you got a money then I will accept the trade” He then started sending screenshots as proof of his transaction. He said that he uses metamask and can only send ETH. M1nato gave him his ETH address, and Hydra said that the money had been sent and provided his screenshots as proof. After m1nato said that there were no "in progress" transactions or anything like that in his wallet, Hydra started saying "I didn't send you money, my friend did" and after that he added his friend to voice call. and he began sharing screenshots of “evidence” of the transaction. But m1nato asked for a link of ETH transaction (he asked to click on that chrome extension > activity > and then click on the transaction but it was not clickable at all) Then m1nato asked to copy his ETH address on the top of extension and WOW it was also not clickable xD Besides he sent this address MX5odFuBiDcGy1fbo6mHoeJAebJaUi5jbG and told it’s ETH and when m1nato asked to explain that because ETH address starts with 0x…. he had nothing to say And the one more thing that was strange to m1nato: he has 15.9 ETH in his balance (which is ~$49,700), but only shows $9,350. After that m1nato asked to explain everything, but Hydra began to say : “You are scammer! I will report you! I didn’t expect that Ukrainian can be such a rat”. Hydra originally from Georgia. And also that the second Hydra account was banned by Steamrep and when m1nato said to explain, Hydra started saying that this was not his account. He said : "This is my friend's account" , and he just asked him if he could put the same nickname. He already bought it with this ban. BUT after about 10 minutes he probably forgot what he said and said his friend got banned by SteamRep due to a skeleton blue gem scam that someone already tweeted about) After all he deleted and blocked m1nato on Steam and Discord. Now guys you know the situation and I'm asking you to be careful with this guy! Would appreciate if you can report one and another account.
