DEG Mods (Decentralized Game Mods) is an open-source censorship-resistant and permissionless true mod website, where the owners and admins/moderators cannot control or delete user accounts, and they cannot properly delete mods, where at most they can be hidden from discovery and/or blocked from being viewed, yet even those actions can be bypassed. Moderation is done to keep things clean (from non-mods, spam, scam, malware, and illegal type posts), and because of the tech used, proper freedom is maintained at the same time, and people/users have the same moderation tools that admins do, simple yet powerful systems that they themselves can utilize to have a custom experience on the site that meets their own standards. People don't want a repeat of this issue, and a permanent solution is now available, getting better with time and evolving the whole scene.
